Login Broken

I’ve now set up an entire Fresh Chat account for a client two full times. Not like part way - like set up the entire account, integrated it, built responses etc.

If I logout and then return to this URL (https://www.freshworks.com/live-chat-software//)to login, without actually asking me for any login info, it just pushes me to a screen that says it looks like I don’t have an account and pushes me back to the landing page.

There’s effectively no way to log back in, once the account has been created. Am I missing something? This is super annoying.
