Login with Facebook Account

Login with Facebook account is under testing and will be implemented in a weeks time  .

It's been more than a week, and there has been an update posted. Does this mean that the feature has been delayed? We were waiting to launch until this was implemented, but I am not sure if I should continue to wait.

Sorry for the delay. We were planning for release by this weekend, but some other features have delayed the release. We will bring this out in the upcoming weeks.

Hi Vijay,
I just tested this out, and it works fine on my site when logged into <company>.freshdesk.com.

However, I have my support site mapped via CNAME to support.<company>.com and when you attempt to login with Facebook, you get the following message:
