Magento 2 Version 2.3 integration

Hi,


I was wondering what's the latest on you Magento 2 integration. It was last updated over a year ago, and it says it doesn't support Freshdesk Mint.

In addition, it only states support for Magento 2.0. What about versions 2.1.x, 2.2x and now 2.3.x?

Hi

Do you know if the integration between Freshdesk and Magento 2 works. It seems strange that there is no information and that there is no update for almost a year. Do you have customers who run with the extension that is out on your site. My magento partner does not want to install this because they have had problems with it before.
