I think it would make sense if the Change ID (Numeric) option were made available within the Placeholders section when working within the Workflow Automator
This would align with what is available if working on Tickets:

We could have some more PH as well :) Not needing to use API to get the values :/
If 'Change Numeric ID' isn't available in Workflow Automator, check if it's restricted to certain user roles or modules. Sometimes, adding a custom script or API call can work around this limitation. What platform or software are you using for automation
