We need a Loaner device library where we can select the device to be loaned to the users.
Currently the loaner functionality chooses automatically from all devices marked as loaner and takes the first available. So please:
- add another Menu point below “inventory” called Loaner Library
- Let the agent check out and check in loaner items including the fields “from” and “to” bound to the asset item and not to the ticket. This way we can also influence which item can be borrowed because maybe not all are ready
- If the Requester wants to borrow via self service, add filter options so that the we can choose mac or windows or multiple device types together instead of randomly assigning the first free item.
