Make merging of tags similar to merging of tickets

Currently you can only merge two tags by renaming one of them to be the same as the other and then clicking on [Merge] in the dialog that pops up. It would be great if I could select multiple tags from the list and click on a button to merge them similar to how I can do to tickets.
