Currently in Global Workflows I cannot choose the Requested Item to be assigned to specific workspaces (instead of having the Service Item in the target workspace directly) because the Requested Items field is not available.
The only workaround is by Subject but that can change or is not 100% reliable.
Please make this field available globally.
