It would be great if all custom single-line text fields could be used in analytics, reports, and exports. As it is now we e.g. create scheduled reports using the default field, but we cannot create them for custom fields.
The custom fields are possible to export via the export function in the ticket list-view.
+1Raising this again. I currently am having issues creating widgets that show the custom fields we have added to tickets that we would like to report on.
