I encourage FreshDesk to rethink the approach to how contact information is presented to agents. Specifically, the approach makes work easy for threat actors.
The software does not visually show the contact’s email address, unless the agent seeks it out.
The software does not visually show that an email address is invalid, unless you click on the contact.
Both of these obfuscate bad addresses, or spoofed domains.
Please reconsider your approach.
