It is common that screenshots of error messages get added to tickets for documents. It would be nice to have FreshService extract the text in those messages and make it searchable so if the error message comes up again, we are able to search for it and those tickets will pop up even if the text isn’t documented in the notes.
Option B: Have a text box or tag for “Error Message” where you can manually write the text in so you can just search through error messages to find tickets easier
