Can you please make the phone/ caller widget bigger where all contact info can be seen at one glance?
So we do not have to scroll down and look for the info.
It would also be great if the caller widget will pop up if a call comes in regardless of which app the user is currently using. Not the entire Fresh desk page that pops up but just the widget.
