We have three workspaces - HR, IT, Facilities - but there is only one ticket form. I would like the ability to make the Support Portal start with 3 large ‘buttons’ for these workspaces, and when they click on one - HR, for example - it takes them directly to the ticket form for HR. We can’t rely on end-users to choose the correct workspace from the dropdown.
If this is currently possible in the UI to ‘force’ a workspace on a form and I’m missing it, please let me know.
