Don’t you think it would be really nice if we could manage fields displayed on the contact and companies list ?
For the moment, you can only see fields below. And i’m not sure that everyone is using all of these fields.
Moreover, it is not possible to add other columns, based on custom fields for example.
To the freshdesk dev team : could you please add this request on your roadmap ? It would be a simple but pretty useful feature.
To the community : if you have ever faced this issue and wanted to do the same as I tried, please upvote this message and maybe one day we’ll be able to manage contact and companies list !
