I would like to know if it is possible to create recurring tickets every three years, or at least adjust the settings so that Freshservice allows this. We use SSO authentication via Microsoft Entra, and the certificates expire every three years; we need to set up an automated task for renewal every three years, but by default, Freshservice does not allow configuring a renewal period longer than two years. I know I can create it as a one-off, but that’s not the most useful approach.
