Hello Freshdesk Team,


I was wondering if it would be possible to integrate Mantis (http://www.mantisbt.org) to Freshdesk? Our developer team uses Mantis' tickets and it would be very helpful to connect both platforms.

Good idea! We work the same way. We would like to publish new bugs to our customers within freshdesk.
