It would be great to have the ability to Merge multiple tickets in one hit by selecting multiple tickets from Ticket screen

Hello,


It is now possible in Freshdesk. You can bulk select the tickets in the list view and then hit on merge option to open the merge dialog box. You could then choose the primary ticket and hit on merge button to proceed with the merge action of those tickets.
