Merged Ticket - auto-link to merged ticket.

 When merging a ticket, the text that auto-adds in that states "This ticket is closed and merged into ticket 144." should have a hyperlink to ticket 144, and/or, auto-redirect the linked ticket so that the page does not exist anymore.

This has been implemented already. It is now easier to navigate to the merged ticket with the link added to the note.
