Can we please change the wording for the association on a Change to MI (Vice Versa):
This is confusing at a glance to which one is which. It should be Change caused this ticket and Change created to fix this ticket or something like that. The wording is so confusing that you have to think really hard about which is the correct one and can mean that the wrong option gets selected at times and has to be unlinked and relinked.
When you are in a hurry, this is not convenient and can cause incorrect data.
