With the Microsoft Teams integration it would be much better if it could notify an agent when they are tagged in a note. At the moment unless someone is the assigned agent or a watcher then the Teams integration will not send a notification.
I am working in a business where i collaborate with people who are not primary freshdesk users and emails are easily lost, teams messages are much easier to handle but they are not going to want a notification for every note on a ticket where only the one question was relevant to them.
