Hello,


Can you tell me please if Microsoft Outlook integration is part of Freshdesk Mint roadmap?  it not it will be very disappointing.

The Office 365 Integration is now compatible with Mint. With this integration, you can now push tickets to Outlook using automation rules or respond to tickets right from your Outlook mailbox.

@Aravind - Do we have plans to integrate with Outlook Calender's, we don't use Google Calender's

An Outlook desktop application plug in to convert emails into FD tickets would be very helpful.

Is there any on-going development that makes possible to use Outlook Calendar for event creation? It would be really convenient for us to create Outlook Events from Freshdesk. Please let me know in any case. Thanks.

@David@Adam@Mark We're planning to work on the top integrations soon and Outlook calendar integration is also one of the items that we wanted to pick.


There's an existing paid app using Nylas API that lets you to connect to multiple calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.). You can check it out here: https://apps.freshdesk.com/freshdesk_calendar_sync/
