Microsoft has an option for ‘Support integration’. Currently the only supported third-party is ServiceNow. It would be great to see FreshService on this list.

You can research Microsoft known and reported issues, resolve incidents, complete tasks by using Microsoft recommended solutions, and, if necessary, escalate to Microsoft human-assisted support.
