Currently the Freshdesk bot in Microsoft teams notifies you of replies, public notes and private notes using the exact same message:
"Mynhardt Burger added a note on (ticket #XXXXXX)..."
My suggestion is that the wording reflects the interaction type.
eg.
Reply: "Mynhardt Burger added a reply on (ticket #XXXXXX)..."
Public Note: "Mynhardt Burger added a pubic note on (ticket #XXXXXX)..."
Private Note: "Mynhardt Burger added a private note on (ticket #XXXXXX)..."
