Microsoft Teams Integration for Ticket raising

Our company currently uses Freshdesk as a ticketing system.

 

MS Teams has been integrated with Freshdesk.

 

Freshdesk Agents are getting notifications via Teams when new tickets are created and when Submitters reply to tickets.

 

Would it be possible for our customers to raise a ticket as well as submit a survey in Freshdesk via MS Teams?

Agreed. The Teams integration only works for agents, but not users. It would be great for users to interact with Freshdesk within Teams as well. As we try to streamline processes to be easily available within Teams, Freshdesk is currently an outlier.
