As you did with Jira, it would be great if you could provide integration with Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

Yes I was just looking at this to see how it could be done with FreshPlugs, but this would be awesome to have this especially with the VisualStudioOnline really taking off!

Were also interested in integration with Visual Studio Online. It would be great if we could create work items from tickets and have the ticket automatically update with code check-ins on the related work item and the work-item status.


Is this planned to be incorporated in to the product yet?

We used the API to integrate with TFS. It's not perfect it took a bit of work but we flag which ticket should sync to TFS and then said which fields would sync back and forth between TFS and Freshdesk.

Hi Kellie,  I am interested in how you were able to integrate with TFS.  I am trying to use the WebHooks to create a work item in VSO but the feature is not working correctly in FreshDesk (or I don't have it setup right).  I have a restful client working with VSO so I know that VSO is working but need to know how to translate it into FreshDesk.

Would be great to have a VSTS app similar to the Zendesk VSTS app: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-vsts.services-zendesk

We have been using the VSTS to Freshdesk App by Integratecloud for about 6 months. The plugin works flawlessly allowing our development and support teams to coordinate on critical issues. The best part is that it supports multiple projects. The quality of customer service has been exceptional as well. Highly recommend the app if you are using VSTS. You can link via the Work Item ID or text.
