When adding time tracking entry to ticket, value 0330 interprets like 330:00 Hrs. Would be useful to have ability to add time without separators (':' or '.'), like military time. For example:
0015 -> 0 Hrs 15 Mins
0330 -> 3 Hrs 30 Mins
1500 -> 15 Hrs 00 Mins
