Hello,
When you search a canned response when you answer a ticket canned response categories are not shown.
We have plenty of canned responses with same title but in different categories, this is making the feature unusable for us.
On the old interface we are able to see the category. Please show the Canned response category also in Mint.

You should be able to choose the category & then pick a canned response to be inserted in the reply. The Search option doesn't provide you the category name even in the old interface.
