When entering an activity and accidentally pressing the windows CONTEXT MENU key (between right ALT and CTL keys), the default method to clear the menu and resume typing is to press the ESC key which in normal windows programs closes the context menu enabling the user to continue typing.
In Mint, pressing the ESC key to close the context menu effectively deletes or closes the activity note being typed in resulting in having to re-key the activity notes.
Admittedly this ultimately is result of user error caused by the user erroneously pressing the CONTEXT MENU key accidentally. Unfortunately this can happen often with individuals having large fingers.
