Thre are some email templates that I can't seem to find in the system (for customization). For example the notification when an agent is in the To: of a private note.


Please consider this a bug and not a feature...

Hello Keith,


The private note notification can be customised under Admin -> Email notifications -> Agent notifications -> Note added to a ticket section.
