A lot of us have to move around a lot in our jobs and having a mobile version of the website where we can manage the help desk would be really helpful. its a templating job more than anything else so I'd hope it would be easier than an iPhone\iPad application. Plus, you gain all the users on non Apple platforms like Android, etc...

So, how about a mobile version?

Ditto, an Android app would be really useful, but even an optimised mobile site would be great :) Any news on any of the above?

Hi Guys

Sorry for the delay.

We have taken up Iphone/Ipad/Android Apps and they are getting delayed, since we started working on some other major features, which have got more votes from users in our Feature Request forums. :-)

Will bring out Phone apps soon.

regards

Ditto, iphone team here!it's 6 months later....any news?

Hi Guys

Work is in full scale mode for the Phone Apps. We're going to bring out a Web based app for Iphone first, that will be ported to Android and other platforms, Then we will bring out a native app for the same

Vijay

Hi guys,
I've noticed that you have implemented some nice changes recently including the SLA changes I requested - well done.

Having a mobile site (or app would be even better), is essential this day and age.  Do you have an ETA date on this feature?

Any update on the iOS app in particular?

Thanks

Tom

Oh Boy :-) 27 People raised on this feature

Sorry guys, work is still in progress, I am unable to give a time frame, but I am pushing my team on this, as I'm missing this myself. Just a sample included herewith

HTML 5 site would be better. Not everybody has an iPhone or Android phone. Apps are limiting and hard to support (one change, 4 times).

Screenshots look great!

So over a year ago Vijay mentioned in another topic "it should be out soon."

When is soon ?

Sorry Guys

Testing is going on. Check the snaps

The screenshots look promising, but it looks suspiciously like an iPhone app.  "Siri, please tell Vijay that iOS is so last year"

Any update on this?  We were promised when we signed up last year that this was only a couple months away from being implemented on Android and this forum has not been updated in a month with an ETA.  Can we please get an ETA on this as it is greatly needed in our organization.

Thanks, Glen

Hi Guys

VJay,

I tried the link you sent to test and tried to email you back but never heard a response.

1. The ticket shows no details when viewing so no way to act on a ticket you are viewing.
2. Icons need helper text.

Guys,

the mobile version is very slow and clunky on my HTC Desire (And 2.2) is there a dedicated "Native" Android App coming out...? I'm sure the iPhone guys are eager for there's too... :)

BTW, whats the Mobile version URL...? (i have an APP Builder... :))

Regards,
Chris.

How do we access the app?  (Blackberry)  Using our standard URL shows no change.

I can,t find this app on google play, is this out or not???

Thanks

Hi Daniel, Jeff,

You should get the mobile app when you try accessing the Freshdesk helpdesk from your mobile phone. You will not need to type in a specific mobile URL since the app automatically detects a visit from a mobile device.

We are not listed in Google Play.

Thanks,

When we access our helpdesk on the mobile version on the ipad, there is no place for a new user to sign up?? Only to sign in....

Am I missing something?

When I access the helpdesk on my iPhone, I don't get the mobile app, can I download it somewhere?
