I’m currently managing two independent FreskDesk accounts. From a computer this is a non issue, as you can open a chrome window for company A and an Edge window for Company B.
However, managing both companies from the mobile app is a huge problem as the app currently doesn’t support multi-desk support. You need to log off of one company, and login to the other. This is inadequate. The mobile have should have multi company support, where you can login to multiple company helpdesks.
