We would like to be able to have a Solutions button in our mobile app that opens an in-app browser (e.g. WKWebview) on a root page of all our solutions. The default Solutions page included headers, footers and Login/Signup features that would be out of place in an app they're already logged in to.
It just needs to be a simple menu of each level's Categories and Folders and tapping on an item drills down into the next level, or into an article.
We're new to Freshdesk so maybe there's something like this already or a reason why it couldn't be done. I suppose it might have to be limited to public documents but that would be fine, at least initially.
