Monday.com integration problems

Not syncing:


It's creating the new tickets, but doesn't seem to be updating the columns / fields either way. It says it hasn't synced since 21:00 last night (about 12 hrs).


How often is it supposed to sync?


I can only create an item in Monday based on a new ticket. Is there a way to create a ticket if (e.g.) status changes to something?
