In various areas of Fresh Service, we have the option to add something to the Google Calendar. I recommend this is changed to read "add to calendar" and allow us to setup other calendar types (such as Outlook).

Thanks for sharing your idea. We have received many requests for Outlook Calendar integration and it is definitely on our priority list. I'd like to know which Outlook version you are using at present. 

Also, can you tell me the various Freshservice scenarios that you would like to add to your Outlook calendar. This will help me understand your usecase better.
