Hi,
Would be great if we could do more complete forms for service request, as easily as jotform. I would love to integrate all the forms in the business in Freshservice, but complexe ones (like declaring an accident) can’t fit in freshservice yet.
- The 5 dynamic fields per form limit is an issue.
- Would be great if we could create/manage/edit business rules directly in the form creation window.
- I’m also missing a conditionnal formatting for text or number fields (ex : (819)-856-4589) Forcing the good syntaxe, phone numbers, credit card, postal code, invoice number, etc…
