Right now we only have the choice to use the cartoon faces on the customer satisfaction survey. They look really outdated and I would like more sleeker options like Zendesk.

I agree on this.

I even paid Survey Monkey but it's really not that integrated:

a) It's just a link on an email. Most people don't go to the link.

b) If they go in, I haven't found a way to connect a ticket number to the survey so it's almost unusable

Is there a way to solve b) in this regard?.

Hello everyone,

My apologies for a very late reply. We are considering adding more options in the customer satisfaction survey. We are gathering requirements for the same, do let us know what you would like to add in the survey as well.

Thanks

We would love it if the Smiley labels (Awesome/Just okay/Not good) and other messages (survey header/internal screen messaging) can be prepared in multiple languages and the display be controlled based on ticket Group.

Also, if you can let us upload our own Smileys, that's a plus.

Yes! Would love to be able to choose different icon options for the faces, and I'd also like to be able to customize what the description of each is.

Side note - just noticed this - it's not intuitive that you have to click "do you like this idea?" in order to vote yes. What if I wanted to vote no?

It would better to have more options for customers to choose from than just (Awesome/Just okay/Not good)

(Awesome/Good/Just okay/Not good/Pathetic)

Awesome and just okay does not give option for customers who want to rate services fairly good.

More customisation

  • Change images
  • Ability to add more than 3 choices
  • Ability to modify the messages that are relayed once a customer selects an option

Cheers

We have heard from clients that they would prefer the opposite order. I discussed this with our development and UX team and they do agree. For us it's natural that the order is poor, average, excellent instead of beginning with the best option. To reverse the order or at least give an option to do it would be great.

Also the yellow "Average" smiley is considered differently in different cultures/countries. We also see a need for a fourth level of satisfaction.

Poor, average, good, excellent!

Also we want the option to use different languages for the satisfaction survey. It could increase numbers of ratings received.

I agree with @Fpazon this

Hello Jake,

The multi-option survey is already live and you can find more about this here : https://support.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/215321-setting-up-customer-satisfaction-surveys

Cheers!

Thanks for the update Aravind!

It would be good to have the option to include the smiley faces in the email they receive - this would make it a bit clearer for customers.
