More flexible time choices for SLA notifications/alerts

Hi,

I would like to submit a feature idea if we can provide a more flexible reminder alert for SLA nearing due. As of the moment, the platform offers a minimum of 30 minutes which will not be useful for those SLAs with shorter duration.

 

It would also be helpful to have automations that can be done in minutes not just hours to add more flexibility.

 

Hope someone can help us.
