The text editor for automatic responses is great, however is there any chance you can add some more please, specifically Calibri? Also another good feature would be a way to change the font of the entire helpdesk rather than just individual parts, i.e. changing the font on your portal, all your responses etc. with one click.

The option to change the helpdesk font is available under Admin -> Email notifications section.

I found that you can just compose the email in whatever email service you have in the font that you want, then just copy and paste this into whatever email notification you want to change. Not a one-click solution but at least it works!
If you go to Admin > Email Notifications > Templates > Agent Reply Template and delete the content currently in there. Then do what I've mentioned above by creating what you want in another email service and copying and pasting into the template. Then all of your replies will be in that font.
