More Requester Fields in Approval Mail

Currently there are only a few fields from the requester that we can include in approvals, it would be very helpful to be able to include fields such as Title, Department, and even custom fields (for my specific use case, I’m wanting to include a field we call WorkerType that tells if a user is an employee or contractor).
