We recently had an admin setting for an email notification flipped with no explanation of who/why - I was able to narrow down a general time frame, but the Audit Log did not capture it. The Audit Log should be expanded to show all of the changes in the Admin console / areas. Currently the logs have a lot of “agent logged in” noise and some useful information. There is no filter for ‘Admin Settings’

Absolutely agree with this - I’ve had several settings be changed / updated, none spring to mind right now but the audit logs offer very little other than a couple of activities. Having the audit log track every change as a Org Admin will be so useful to get to the problem of issues and also retrain should it be needed.
