Move/copy project tasks

There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to move or copy tasks between task lists in a project. I can select the task(s) and choose “Copy Tasks”, but this only copies visible cell data to my computer’s clipboard and doesn’t allow me to paste the tasks to another list/project. It would be nice to have an option to copy/move tasks between Task Lists and/or Projects.
