When creating a freshchat bot I appear to be unable to move segments around and change their order. This means to change the order I have to change how they are linked behind the scenes via conditions.

Hi Andrew, do you mean move around flows or dialogues? Not sure if “Segment” as a term is used in the Bots product. Can you clarify a bit more? Perhaps with a screenshot.
+4I would actually like to be able to move around both, but for this post specifically the dialogues.
