I suggest moving the open tickets to the top of the page and also providing a way to archive old messages and/or add pagination.

It's going to be important for us to archive old posts:

-out of date information

-duplicate posts

-off-topic topics

We don't want to delete (and break links) but do want to stop them showing up in searches etc. as well as auto lock them when archiving (optional, of course!)

Hello,

You can sort by status in the ticket list page on any ticket view (default & custom) and it would automatically list the open tickets at the top. Also, Freshdesk now has a default ticket archiving feature that automatically archives any closed tickets with no updates over the last 120 days.

Cheers!

Ordering by status is not working properly or am I doing something wrong? I ordered by "Status - Ascending" and this is my result:
1) opened
2) solved
3) closed
4) awaiting response from customer
5) awaiting response from third parties
(
I apologize for the difference of the terms but I use Freshdesk in another language)
but why are the expectations at the bottom? Being expected, it means that the ticket is in a stalled state and I would expect to see them sorted before the tickets solved and closed.
Is there any way to change this sort order?
