Move reply window on top of conversation

We’ve changed the way the conversation flows, so instead of the latest reply being at the bottom of a ticket, the latest reply is on top.

This presents an annoyance, where the reply window is at the absolute bottom of the ticket; when you reply to the last received message you often cannot see the message while typing the reply.

Simply put, the suggestion is: Add a setting to let us to change the reply/comment window alignment to top or bottom of conversation.
