We’re trying to do some cross-workspace Service Request functions. One thing I cannot seem to be able to do is MOVE a ticket from one workspace to another as an Action in the automator. I can send an email, but I can’t send the attachments from the request so I need to send a Public Ticket Link. I can create a TASK in their workspace, but they can’t access the ticket details from the task in their workspace.
We need the ability for cross-workspace functions in the Ticket Automator so we don’t need to move all of these requests manually.
