Unlike the Slack integration,
The MS teams integration only allows you to push a message to a public channel.
This greatly limits it’s use as many channels are private to allow only selected members of a team to send/receive messages. Examples:
Managers (only would have team leads/managers in it)
Power BI (would only have PowerBI team in it)
Level 1 (would only have level 1 support in it)
