Client supports requestors across several continents and would like ability to publish service catalog offerings with multiple currencies, or at least the ability to denote the currency type to avoid confusion.

This is very important for us as well when delivering IT services and products in many locations across the globe. To only have one Currency is very limiting and sadly makes it hard for us to roll out the system globally.

Even without multicurrency support, for some reason Freshservice doesn’t support some world currencies (like for CIS the only supported currency is Russian ruble, no other currencies for such countries as Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia are supported at all).
