The idea was already posted 4 years ago by Service Catalog Multi Language Support | Freshworks Community by the user bfish_19413.

The idea is a multi language support for the service catalog elements like for example in the Knowledge base module. The problem is that we have colleagues who can only speak German or English but not both languages. We would love to give all employees the opportunity to use the system in their prefered language. 

Is there anything planned in that direction?

We would love to see this feature added to Freshservice as well since we’re facing the exact same issue.

Yeah we discussed that as well with our customer success manager. Imagine you had to support 4+ different languages. You have to create a service catalog item for every language and duplicate all the auomations with that item. It’s not scalable at the moment for multiple languages. They should just setup the same like in the knowledge base.
