The idea was already posted 4 years ago by Service Catalog Multi Language Support | Freshworks Community by the user bfish_19413.
The idea is a multi language support for the service catalog elements like for example in the Knowledge base module. The problem is that we have colleagues who can only speak German or English but not both languages. We would love to give all employees the opportunity to use the system in their prefered language.
Is there anything planned in that direction?
