Hi,
i would like to put forward as an enhancement idea the use of Custom Objects as a datasource for Multi-level dropdown fields accross SR, INC, PBL and CHN tickets.
clearly the format (e.g.columns) of the custom objects must allow for an up to 3 level multi-level select to work.
