Multiple Delegates for Approvals

We would like the ability to delegate approvals to multiple users with the option to either require all delegates or only the first responder. A lot of times we don’t have another sole individual who can cover off on the original approver’s knowledge/role. Being able to elect multiple delegates would help alleviate that.
