When building a service request, I’d like to have the ability to build in multiple levels of dynamic content. I was surprised to see that this isn’t an option currently. Unfortunately, since this isn’t an option, I have to build out separate service requests, but that is leading to an unruly situation where I have a service request for this and that, vs having just a single service request.

In order to make it more user friendly for my users, I’d recommend at least having two levels of dynamic content and possibly a third level of content - I think this should cover 99% of the use cases out there and it would allow me to consolidate many of our service catalog items into a single service catalog item.

The inspiration for this was a Privileged Access Request.

Dropdown: New Access, Change of Access, Removal of Access

Dynamic Content for New Access:

Dropdown: New User, New Service Account

Dynamic Content for New User:

Textboxes for Name, Title, Email address

Dynamic Content for New Service Account

Textboxes for Account Name, Access Level, etc

Unfortunately, you cannot have dynamic content within dynamic content -- I think this would be invaluable in many situations - I had to split these requests out - one request for a Person and the other for a Service Account.
